Transportation, Drivers, and Tour Directors. We pride ourselves in giving you, our most valued customers, safe courteous drivers; experienced knowledgeable tour directors; and clean deluxe motorcoaches equipped with a restroom, reclining seats, cool and comfy air conditioning in summer, and warm toasty heaters in winter!

Refund Policy. On most tours, Moostash Joe Tours offers a Full Refund if you cancel. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. "No Shows" will not be refunded. Exceptions will be noted on the Reservation Application.

Hotels. Our customers stay in hotels with clean, comfortable rooms that have double beds, a bath, and a shower.

Meals. Nobody gives you more great food on your travel tour than Moostash Joe Tours. All meals included are either banquet style or buffet.

Insurance. One million dollars in liability insurance is provided by the bus company while you are aboard the motorcoach. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended on tours to Hawaii, Mexico, or anywhere overseas. Your luggage is not protected by Moostash Joe Tours, and we recommend you purchase luggage protection on tours where you fly in. Check with Moostash Joe Tours for details on insurance packages.

No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the motorcoach at any time.

Seat Rotation. Seating is rotated twice daily--morning and noon. This allows everyone to sit in different areas of the motorcoach.

Rest Stops. Rest assured, we'll always make a stop every two to three hours.

Deposit. $50 per person confirms your reservation. Any exceptions are noted on the various Tour Description Pages.

Single or Triple Rooms. Rates will vary for single or triple room accommodations. Check with Moostash Joe Tours for these rates. They vary per tour.

Gratuities. The gratuity will be provided for luggage handling services, step-on-guides, and for all included meal functions. On other meals, tipping is left entirely to your discretion. A general rule is 15% of the bill, depending on the quality of service. The traditional end-of-tour gratuities for your tour director and driver are not included in your tour costs. If you reward them for their performance, this is handled individually.

Moostash Joe Tours Responsibility. Moostash Joe Tours acts as agent for the passenger and other tour companies it represents. The above companies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage in respect to any person or property however caused. Moostash Joe Tours can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expense due to delays or changes in bus or other type service due to sickness, weather, strikes or any other extraordinary conditions. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Moostash Joe Tours reserves the right to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances demand it. The above company also reserves the right to vary itineraries or substitute facilities of equal or better value, if deemed necessary; and reserves the right to retain or decline membership to any person in this tour either before or during the trip. Expenses incurred to return home from the tour will be the responsibility of the individual. Application for reservation on a tour indicates full acceptance of the foregoing conditions.
